**Five Star Building Services**is hiring a part-time Talent Acquisition Representative. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven TA Representative to help us continue building a high-performing team.
This is a **part-time position** at 20 hours per week, ideally worked Monday through Friday in 4-hour daily shifts (we’re open to discussing flexibility where needed).

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top talent
- Enhance and represent our employer brand across channels
- Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference verifications
- Own the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for new hires
- Track metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- A distinctive, innovative approach to finding and engaging talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
