**Position Overview** Family-owned boutique travel agency seeks an experienced travel designer to craft premium vacation experiences. Since 1983, our Pickering-based agency has built our reputation on personalized service and exceptional travel planning.

**The Opportunity** Join our close-knit team creating bespoke travel experiences for discerning clients. This role combines creative itinerary design with concierge-level service, specializing in luxury travel arrangements including:

- Custom vacation packages
- Luxury cruise experiences
- Destination celebrations
- Adventure expeditions
- Group travel coordination

**Essential Requirements**
- Current TICO certification
- Minimum 3 years' Canadian luxury travel sales experience
- Demonstrated annual sales performance exceeding $200K
- Advanced knowledge of travel booking platforms
- Excellence in client relationship management

**Core Functions**
- Design and execute sophisticated travel itineraries
- Coordinate complex travel logistics
- Provide white-glove customer service
- Engage in continuous product knowledge development
- Contribute to team success through collaboration

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Base salary range: $16-35 hourly

**Schedule Details**
- Full-time or part-time available
- Primary hours: 10AM-5PM weekdays, occasional Saturday rotation (10AM-3PM)
- Location: Pickering (Whites Road)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Travel & Tourism education
- Proven success in luxury travel sales
- Strong problem-solving capabilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
