- **The Opportunity**_**:_

As part of a winning team, the incumbent will be responsible to leading and coordinating personnel in the daily sanitation activities, while performing Sanitation tasks to ensure targets for Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety are met or exceeded.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Pick, check and/or load orders according to SOPs and standards
- Receive product according to the warehouse procedures
- Maintain food hygiene and housekeeping standards (HACCP)
- Follow all GMP Requirements and work instructions
- Contribute towards efficiencies by hitting individual performance goals on daily basis
- Maintain warehouse equipment in good clean condition and report any faults
- Adhere to deadlines as specified in work plans and schedules
- Maintain health and safety standards, and work in a safe manner at all times
- Work as a member of the team and contribute to a friendly working environment
- Bring forward new ideas to improve efficiencies
- Perform other duties, as required or assigned
- **Basic Job Requirements**:_
- Completion of tasks according to agreed upon timelines
- Customer satisfaction through order accuracy
- Strong communication
- Continuous improvement focus / mindset
- Teamwork within the department
- **Education & Experience Required**:_
- Minimum completion of a high school diploma
- Previous experience working in a material handling role within a Warehouse
- Forklift certification (walk Behind Walkie, Counterbalance and Double deep Reach Truck)
- Basic computer knowledge required, and experience in working with an MRP system an asset
- Knowledge of safety legislation (WHMIS) and safe work practices
