**Duties**:

- working on manual and computerized business systems
- answering and fulfilling telephone enquires from customers and staff
- interviewing, recruitment, training, monitoring and exit processing of employees
- issuing and checking session attendance registers against computer records
- financial administration and record keeping
- dealing with and filing paperwork
- dealing with venue managers and venue bookings
- the promotion, marketing, and sales of the Little Kickers programs
- timely reporting of issues and problems to your employer
- other general office administration duties as required
- provide leadership and guidance to the management team
- foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
