Our approach is practical, transparent, and execution-focused. We work closely with ownership, consultants, and trades to deliver well-planned projects that transition smoothly from construction into long-term asset ownership and operation.

**Position Summary**

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects from early planning through to completion and turnover. This role manages budgets, schedules, consultants, and subcontractors while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

This is a hands-on project delivery role suited to someone who understands both the technical and relational sides of construction and is comfortable moving between the office and the job site.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Planning & Delivery**
- Manage projects from contract award through construction and closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
- Coordinate consultants, engineers, and authorities having jurisdiction
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication

**Cost & Contract Management**
- Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders
- Review progress claims, change orders, and cost forecasts
- Track project costs and identify risks, gaps, or variances early
- Ensure work aligns with contract requirements and project scope

**Site & Team Coordination**
- Work closely with site supervision to support sequencing and logistics
- Assist with constructability reviews and field problem-solving
- Support safety planning, documentation, and compliance requirements

**Turnover & Closeout**
- Coordinate deficiency resolution and project closeout activities
- Manage closeout documentation, warranties, and handover
- Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong understanding of Alberta construction practices and codes
- Experience with negotiated contracts and CCDC documents is an asset
- Proficiency with Excel, scheduling software, and construction documentation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
