Lower Sackville, Canada Saffron Hill Hospitality Group Full time

Reporting to the Production Manager, the **Building Maintenance & Transportation Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing maintenance and trucking within the Culinary Centre.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance duties and scheduled preventative maintenance work on Culinary Centre facilities, equipment and grounds.
- Completes inspections of building, ground and equipment; carries out preventative maintenance program actions.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for repairs when needed.
- Supervise driver team in both NS and NB to ensure daily deliveries are completed safely and accurately.
- Coordinate all truck repairs and complete follow up to ensure any issues have been resolved.
- Occasionally make deliveries to sites as needed.
- Takes every precaution that is reasonable in the circumstances to ensure the health and safety of employees and all others in the workplace.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in construction or building maintenance
- Class 1 driving experience
- Clean drivers abstract
- Advanced proficiency in English language

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
