Lower Sackville, Canada B & N Property Management Full time

B&N Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Staff member to join our growing team and portfolio of apartment buildings in HRM and Wolfville NS. The position is permanent full time and can be based in HRM or Wolfville.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform general interior and exterior maintenance including repairs, painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, appliance repairs, upgrades and renovations, and minor landscaping
- Work with property manager and Superintendents on maintenance requests from tenants
- Conducts inventory control of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Provide input for the development and implementation of maintenance, procedures.
- Most duties can be carried out Mon - Fri during regular hours.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in general maintenance
- Previous supervisor experience is considered an asset
- Good understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
- Strong facilities machines and equipment knowledge
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has most of his/her own tools

Compensation based on experience and skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.50-$25.00 per hour
