Our Logistics team is expanding, we are looking for a self motivated individual to take on the role of **Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator**
The position includes but is not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Point of contact for drivers, customers, clients, vendors, etc. in relation to shipments and equipment.
- Maintenance program coordination for equipment. This includes scheduling, booking, use of maintenance software. (Motive)
- Back-up to plan and coordinate daily shipment schedule in the most effective manner. Pre-planning upcoming shipments within reason. (DDMS)
- Collaborate with colleagues to find solutions to issues that may arise with delays, damaged product or backordered items. This includes, communicating when products have been short picked, so they can communicate with sales to plan substitution. As well as, notifying purchasing when materials are low.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate parties, proactively addressing problems, and suggesting solutions.
- Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.
- Daily monitoring of Electronic Logging program, including but not limited to trip reports, safety infractions, hours of service, etc. (Motive)
- Provide reports to management as required.
- Handle customer pick-ups within established time-frames and schedule accordingly.
- Handle store transfers as required.
- Back up to Logistics Lead as required.
- Other duties assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience with building supplied considered an asset.
- Familiarity with computer programing (invoicing, GPS tracking, excel, etc)
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable to a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
