At Red Barn Market, we’re proud to provide our community with an outstanding shopping experience. We’re looking for a Front End Supervisor to support cashiers, ensure smooth transactions, and deliver top-notch customer service at our Latoria Walk store.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Assist in supervision, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- **Training**: Train new cashiers on company policies and procedures.
- **Cash Control**: Oversee cash handling, deposits, transaction accuracy and manage registers.
- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout—scanning, bagging, assisting with inquiries, returns, and answering phone calls.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments and assist with stocking when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous work in a retail or customer service environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling. Previous cash management experience in a retail environment.
- **Leadership Skills**: Outstanding leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- **Customer-Centric**: Friendly, approachable, and committed to exceptional service. Customer-focused mindset.
- **Skills**: Ability to handle high-pressure situations during peak hours. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
