We’re looking for a Front-End Supervisor to support cashiers, ensure smooth transactions, and deliver top-notch customer service at our Mattick’s Farm store. Responsibilities: Supervision: Assist in supervision, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. Training: Train new cashiers on company policies and procedures. Cash Control: Oversee cash handling, deposits, transaction accuracy and manage registers. Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout—scanning, bagging, assisting with inquiries, returns, and answering phone calls. Cleanliness and Organization:Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and assist with stocking when needed.
