At Red Barn Market, we're proud to provide our community with an outstanding shopping experience. We're looking for a Front End Supervisor to support cashiers, ensure smooth transactions, and deliver top-notch customer service at our Latoria Walk store.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Assist in supervision, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
  • Training: Train new cashiers on company policies and procedures.
  • Cash Control: Oversee cash handling, deposits, transaction accuracy and manage registers.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service at checkout—scanning, bagging, assisting with inquiries, returns, and answering phone calls.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-end area.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and assist with stocking when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous work in a retail or customer service environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling. Previous cash management experience in a retail environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Customer-Centric: Friendly, approachable, and committed to exceptional service. Customer-focused mindset.
  • Skills: Ability to handle high-pressure situations during peak hours. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule.
