The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for regular communication with parents and staff, including billing and accepting/tracking payments. Furthermore this role is responsible for newsletter, social media and website management. The admin coordinator is also responsible for grant writing and fundraising tool management (such as canadahelps). The right fit for this team will be committed, efficient and able to manage work independently and very flexible. Occasionally the Admin Coordinator will be asked to support/replace staff in the classroom/group environment as needed.
- first aid certification or willing to become certified
- experience working in a day camp, daycare, intervention, school or recreational setting and/or with children or people living with disabilities
- understanding of/experience with individuals (particularly children and youth) with ASD
- strong communication skills in English language, French is an asset
- administrative experience in a small business or not-for-profit organization

Students or graduates from programs such as: Special Care Counselling (SCC), Education, Early Childhood Education (ECE), Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, Speech Language Pathology, and Human Resources, and other related fields are highly encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal-Ouest, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred)
- Working with persons with disabilities: 1 year (preferred)
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
