**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the daily management, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the customer experience to drive adoption of Pall’s eShop/Portal
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units on developing and maintaining a public facing digital catalog for low touch customers
- Manage automating the customer adoption funnel, from onboarding to repeat transaction, including customer communication and nurture streams
- Support country expansion, regionalization, and deployment of digital platforms
- Partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams from marketing, product management, sales, customer service, digital operations, UX design, and IT
- Conduct VOC with internal and external customers to define business requirements, customer needs, user stories, and website experience opportunities for eShop/Portal
- Develop standard work to implement customer feedback loop process
- Lead the development of the eCommerce product roadmap (Intershop, WalkMe, InRiver, LiveChat) to drive conversion of non-digital to digital orders
- Prioritize features and functionality, manage business processes, communicate, and commercialize digital tools and related technologies
- Optimize site search functionality, search facets, and the customer journey
- Drive optimization of website through the development and execution of a/b split tests that will improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth
- Report out on KPIs and critical metrics to BU stakeholders and marketing leadership using web analytics platforms and PowerBI

**Keys to Success in Role**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change cross-functionally within the organization
- Data-driven marketer with the ability to interpret and synthesize large data sets, present findings, and execute on insights
- eCommerce experience including digital product management, digital marketing, and UX
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a variety of marketing initiatives

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 7-10 years of experience required in marketing and/or digital product management with a focus on B2B eCommerce
- Previous BU experience leading cross-functional teams from marketing, product management, sales, customer service, UX design, and IT
- Experience with an Industrial manufacturing company considered a strong plus
- Ability to work with enterprise-level digital platforms preferred (Intershop, WalkMe, PowerBI, QlikView, Google Analytics, Medallia, InRiver, and Marketo)
- B.S. or B.A. degree in marketing, business, or the equivalent education and experience
