**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Management and Governance, the Supply Chain Governance Analyst, is responsible to:
- Support the end-to-end supply chain process stream aimed at ensuring flawless execution of service level performance targets.
- Support the implementation of a LEAN governance system to drive accountability and alignment of key performance indicators.
- Assist in the implementation of multi-disciplinary planning reviews aimed at promoting effective communication flows to ensure optimal cross-collaboration.
- Support in the root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to pro-actively manage risk and reduce potential banner related penalties.
- Work in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and innovation.
- Be an advocate to communicate a clear vision and need for change within the organization that generates excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to the process.
Key focus areas include good service levels, healthy inventory, accurate forecasts, and timing of launches (ex: promotions, new modular/planogram events, etc....) that are all in-line with the company’s financial targets.
**Section A - Specific Responsibilities**
Governance and Communication (40%)
- Assists and supports in preparing governance meetings to report on results, banner contractual and internal KPIs, risks and challenges with management team.
- Understands, values, and communicates enterprise interdependencies and leverages this insight to enable informed decision making.
- Works in collaboration with key internal stakeholders including but not limited to; Promotion Planning/Demand Planning/Planogram/Supply Planning/Operations/Sales and Customer Service to drive flawless execution of Supply Chain plans.
- Liaises with the key internal and external (banner) stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of supply chain plans, customer commitments and enhance collaboration on past and forthcoming inventory quantities.
- Assist in preparing presentations for the senior management team.
Data analytics (40%)
- Assist in the monitoring of raw service level performance. and engages with key stakeholders with the goal of collaboration and commitment to improvements.
- Support the analysis of penalties based on banner contractual agreements.
- Enhances reporting capabilities, in collaboration with System & Analytics team, to illustrate a clear picture of fill rate performance as part of the governance.
Process improvements and Strategy Setting (15%)
- Collaborates closely between the Governance team and the Supply Planning team to propose inventory parameter adjustments and placing and monitoring of Rush orders where required.
- Collaborates closely with the Demand Planning team for forecast development internally and externally (suppliers and customers).Identifies new trends, potential problems, and opportunities and communicates to governance team.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement using creative problem solving and resourcefulness when everyday issues arise.
- In collaboration with internal stakeholders, support sessions to improve processes leading to higher service levels and healthier inventory.
Change Management (5%)
- Collaborate in effectively engaging stakeholders, minimizing risk to efficient adoption and maximizing benefits through a focus on the organizational, cultural and people aspects of business transformations.
Other (5%)
- Maintains relevant business knowledge of product categories and stays abreast of market and industry trends and conditions.
- Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
**Section B -Position Requirements**
Working Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Sales & Operations planning and customer service, and / or procurement.
- Retail/Wholesale experience an asset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain related field, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an asset.
- PMP certification is an asset.
Personal Development and Soft Skills
- Demonstrates the ability to solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, focused, rigorous, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Good business acumen.
- High proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Communication skills; adapts to the audience, active listening
- Change management skills is an asset
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Replenishment systems an asset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (Power Point, Excel, Word, Project and Visio).
- Good knowledge of process and project management.

- Attention to detail, whilst maintaining a sense of summary and ability to synthesize.
- Ability to identify operational and strategic issues.
