_Morningstar Golf Club, a premier year-round golf course on beautiful Vancouver Island, is located in Parksville, a seaside community about 25 minutes north of Nanaimo. The Les Ferber designed course has been designed to offer a fun challenge for golfers of all skill levels. The fairways and greens have been carved out of a natural woodland area with sloping fairways, rolling undulations, well-conditioned greens, and strategically placed bunkers._
- The surrounding Oceanside community provides residents with the perfect balance of city-like amenities in a smaller town setting. Great schools, shopping, arts, and a myriad of year-round recreational opportunities ensures residents of all ages can thrive living on the spectacular west coast._

**Qualifications**
- Be willing to be taught the proper and safe operation of mowers, trucks, and other motorized vehicles used in the maintenance of golf courses and turf areas
- Be self-motivated, able to work alone, able to follow oral and written directions, and able to use reasonable discretion in proceeding without having received direction from a supervisor
- Have a participating knowledge of the game of golf
- Have a valid Class Five (5) B.C. Drivers Licence
- Have the physical ability to perform all related duties in a variety of working conditions.

**Salary and Benefits**
- $19.00 to start

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Morningstar Golf Club has a Communicable Disease safety plan in place to protect our employees and member/guest golfers. All employees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear masks indoors when physical distancing is not possible.
