**PASAJ **is a **Brunch Restaurant **that serves fusion menu that combines North American classics with Turkish Breakfast Culture. We pride ourselves to make everything from scratch.
Our Comissary Kitchen: SIMIT Bakery provides all daily pastries, breads and desserts made from scratch while our PREP Kitchen prepares all sauces, pastes and bases. We serve a menu with some staple items as well as seasonal dishes.
We are looking to hire a line cook to join our growing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform delegated tasks from Sous Chef and Chefs
- Efficiently prepare stations to ensure a successful brunch service
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant
- Assist in properly receiving and storing delivered items
- Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of cooking experience
- Entry level knife skills
- Available day time and weekends
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts standing
- Safe Food Handlers is an asset
