**For full-time employees**:
- Group insurance plan;

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Be responsible for the integration and programming of newsletters;
- Analyze the performance of each newsletter and customer journeys, while ensuring the adoption of best practices;
- Perform data extraction, management, collection, aggregation and analysis in order to generate mailing lists to support the marketing department in its business development mission
- Contribute to the initiatives and programs of the customer relationship management department;
- In collaboration with the e-commerce team: revise and optimizes the content of newsletters and designs personalized messages and offers in order to increase the conversion rate;
- Analysis of consumer data to identify purchasing trends
- Develops and executes research, questionnaires and data compilation;
- Contribute to strategies and tactics to increase in-store and online subscription rates.
- Develop A / B tests in order to obtain information on customer preferences and behaviors;
- Ensure compliance with the regulations of the Canadian Anti-Spam Law;
- Analyze reports (preparation lists, quality control, data manipulation, data update, etc.);
- Provide information regarding customer retention by monitoring and analyzing the progress of the database;
- Perform all other related tasks in the field of marketing.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University degree in marketing, management, administration, statistics, BI, economics or equivalent;
- Good sense of organization and priorities;
- Strong interest in customer experience marketing research;
- Rigor, reliability and keen attention to detail;
- Passion for analytics, numbers and statistics;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment;
- Bilingual, written and spoken (French and English);
- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ex: vertical search, pivot tables);
- Retail experience an asset;
- Experience with Google Anaytics an asset;
- Experience with Salesforce an asset;
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system an asset;
- Experience with Microsoft BI an asset.
