**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Mightex is looking to add a motivated communications and marketing specialist to our growing team to create content to support our bridge between the research community and Mightex’s internal teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement digital marketing campaigns for maximizing lead generation;
- Create analysis reports on KPIs by campaign and analyze trends in data to ensure we are maximizing our ROI, and identifying non-performing campaigns to target for improvement;
- Develop, write, and edit marketing and communications materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content;
- Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social media channels;
- Responsible for website content including writing and editing of materials, continually updating as needed;
- Graphic design of printed materials to be used in conferences and tradeshows, such as flyers, pamphlets, and catalogs;
- Ensure that all communications and marketing material align with brand standards;
- Maintain print and digital media archives including photos, videos, and other materials;
- Join Mightex’s team when participating in international trade shows, seminars, and conferences.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

Education
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar field;
- Or combination of College/Bachelor's degree in Science and previous communications/marketing experience.

**Skills**:

- Experience with digital marketing automation software;
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics;
- Knowledge of web publishing;
- Proficiency with SEO tools and understanding of web traffic metrics;
- Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content;
- Working knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, Premiere, and Illustrator is an asset;
- Understand the best practices of social media channels including Twitter and LinkedIn;
- Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team;
- Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments;
- Motivation and initiative to succeed in a fast-paced, collective environment;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to attend tradeshows;
- Is legally able and cleared to work in Canada.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
