This position will focus on the management of shop workflow, efficiencies, quality of work, costs to maximize profit while meeting customer expectations and scheduled times.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assign and follow through with Daily bookings.
- Communicate quickly and professionally with Team.
- Pre-Review all Work Orders prior to assigning to the shop for accuracy and assign SRT to each task.
- Confirm all estimates are accurate including parts and labor and ensure a quick turnaround.
- Manage assigning the correct technician to the correct job on a per work order basis.
- Responsible for the Work in Progress and ensuring all Work Orders are closed in an efficient manner by reviewing jobs from beginning to end including Tech data input and RO Review to ensure Quality Control on all technician stories/notes.
- Assign/coach main shop Service Advisor work order assignments and ensure proper communication is happening throughout each job.
- Check regularly on parts ordered for jobs in progress.
- Pre Schedule all work for night shift
- Update Up Time Pro regularly for updates and ensure Main Shop Advisors are as well.
- Lead by example and be approachable and a mentor for Technicians and Foreman
- Work with Warranty to perform claimable repairs efficiently.
- Communicate with Service Shop advisors and Foreman to ensure the Customer experience is excellent.
- Work closely with Service manager to solve all warranty/Customer disputes.
- Monitor and track Technician performance and conduct annual reviews with Service Manager
- Attend/Assist with Morning huddles, 3pm walk through and weekly toolbox meetings.
- Take care of Employee Maintenance regarding technicians (scheduling, vacation, etc.)

- Strong technical product Knowledge
- Strong mentoring capability

- Strong computer skills and software adaptability
