**JOB TITLE**:Appraiser/Estimator

**REPORTS TO**: Store Team Lead

**JOB SUMMARY**
You will also be instrumental in keeping our front of office area organized and customer ready and will play a vital role serving as the face of our company, greeting customers with a warm smile. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail and a customer centric mindset, making you an integral part of our team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Vehicle Damage assessments -**The main conduit for gathering, organizing, and inputting vehicle damage related data.
**Customer Communication** - The main contact for all communication related to vehicle damages & estimates.
**Conflict Resolution -** investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department or lead when necessary.
**Collision Knowledge -** Assist customers in reviewing and understanding their estimates/ repair worksheet and answer general collision inquiries.
**Cross-Team Collaboration** - Collaborate with Parts teammate, Team Leads and CSR’s to provide comprehensive solutions for clients. Communicating customer feedback to relevant departments.
**Feedback and Reporting** - Gather information from production staff, team lead and parts to provide insurance partners with accurate and up to date information through various portals (ARMS, Mitchell & Qapter).
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years minimum Automotive related Experience (preferably autobody)
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
