We provide access solutions by servicing and installing a variety of overhead doors and driveway gate systems, operators and associated controls.

**Role**:
We have an immediate opening for a **Branch Administrator **in our **Fort McMurray Branch**. Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, the Branch Administrator is the first point of contact for all customers and is responsible for all general office administration duties. This role is a permanent, full time position with opportunities for growth with job task variety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling phone calls and walk-in customers while providing excellent customer service
- Responsible for ensuring the timely pickup and delivery of office mail, including special handling and internal mail
- Prepares quotes as needed
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers
- Assist with special projects as directed
- Lifting, filing, typing and data entry
- General office administration
- General warehouse duties including but not limited to loading and unloading truck, maintaining inventory including parts, clean and organize warehouse
- Ordering products as needed
- Other duties, as assigned

**Skills**:

- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to build strong customer relationships
- Above average attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prioritizing tasks, managing stress and diffusing difficult situations in a fast-paced environment
- Superior telecommunication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and a good problem solver
- Maintaining respect for confidentiality
- Aptitude to learn and retain technical and product knowledge to properly direct phone calls and walk-in customers
- Knowledge in shipping, logistics, construction and overhead garage doors is an asset

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player, with mínimal supervision
- Maintains a positive attitude and learns quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite/Internet Explorer
