**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide support for field service operations, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics to streamline processes.
- Utilize Power Platform to develop and implement solutions that enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
- Microsoft certification in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform is required.
- Knowledge of Copilot AI would be a huge benefit.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
