**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children in your care at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide caregiving support, including meal preparation, personal hygiene assistance, and emotional support.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children.
- Observe children's behavior and development, documenting progress as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children and parents.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while entertaining young learners.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children are essential traits for this role.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by regulations.

Pay: $19.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
