Concrete Foreman Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our construction company as a Concrete Foreman. As part of our team, you lead a crew in the completion of various concrete projects which include single family homes, multi family developments and smaller commercial work. The scope of work will primarily consist of concrete piles, ICF, conventional grade beams, placing and finishing basement and garage floors, driveways, sidewalks and steps.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate tasks and schedules for crew members, according to current project needs.
- Supervise workers throughout the day, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization
- Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise
- Conduct take-offs for ordering aggregate and concrete
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

Concrete Foreman Requirements and Qualifications
- Five or more years of concrete construction experience, experience in a leadership or supervisory position is an asset
- Detailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures
- Experience with blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and managing crews
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Steinbach, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
