Concrete Foreman

The Opportunity - Springwood Homes is currently seeking a goal oriented, motivated team player to fill the position of Concrete Crew Leader. As the Concrete Crew Leader, you will be highly organized with a systematic approach to achieve quality and efficiently run projects, professionally and technically competent with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintain positive client relationships, representing the company values
- Maintain construction schedules, identify and solve problems
- Effective Communication with project manager
- Order & receive materials and schedule inspections as necessary
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, quality control and safety

Qualifications include
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of blueprints
- Class 3 or better drivers license an asset
- Red Seal Journeyperson considered an asset

- concrete construction: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manitoba drivers license (preferred)
