Exterior Finishers

Division 7 Projects specializes in exterior finishing. We are looking to fill Lead Hand positions to complete exterior building envelope systems, siding, soffit/fascia, eavestrough and window/door installs. The Lead Hand will oversee smaller picture aspects of the overall project, assigned by the Site Foreman.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience in commercial, multi-family, residential exterior construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of exterior product installation guidelines.
- Commitment to safe practices and standards.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- concrete: 1 year (preferred)
