**Description of Role**:
Reporting to the chef/sous chef team, following a given recipe with skill, speed and consistency is the primary duty of line cook. A variety of traditional Italian recipes as well as classic pizze and pasta dishes are to be prepared with love and attention. Scheduling is flexible with both day and night shifts during the week day and on weekends.
