Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Central Alberta, for a Competitions and Development Coordinator. This is a hybrid position working remotely and on-site throughout Central Alberta. The role involves managing and organizing soccer competitions, supporting development programs, overseeing schedules, and ensuring effective coordination with participants, officials, and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include addressing inquiries, maintaining compliance with soccer association policies, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at the growth and success of the association.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Project Management to handle schedules, events, and planning processes.
- Experience in Fundraising and Writing to support initiatives and draft relevant communications.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A background or passion for soccer or sports management is an asset.
- Proficient in the use of software tools related to scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- Experience in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
