Taiv is a fast-growing tech startup located in Winnipeg, Canada. Taiv uses AI to make business TV more fun, engaging, profitable, and easier to manage, starting with bars and restaurants. We’ve built proprietary tech that uses computer vision to watch live TV and improve the content with contextually-aware commercials, content, and games.
We are looking for a **Sales Enablement Analyst** in the Winnipeg area to join our team

We’re looking for a data-driven individual who can empower our sales team to hit their goals faster and more efficiently. You’ll be responsible for managing sales tools (Salesforce), optimizing lead generation strategies, developing training resources, and delivering performance insights. **Your Responsibilities**:
- **CRM & Tech Stack Management** - Maintain and optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to improve pipeline visibility and reduce manual data entry.
- **Sales Content & Playbooks** - Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and objection-handling guides to support the sales team.
- **Lead Generation Optimization** - Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine our ICP, improve lead scoring, and implement automation tools to increase sales-qualified leads (SQLs) by 20% in six months.
- **Sales Insights & Reporting** - Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to improve forecasting and conversion rates.
- **Process Improvement** - Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement best practices to improve overall sales team efficiency.
**Your Qualifications**:
- Degree in computer science or computer engineering
- Experience in sales enablement, lead generation, or revenue operations is an asset
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and automation tools preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and improving sales performance preferred
- Proven ability to create high-quality sales content and training materials preferred
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: $55,000 - $65,000 per year + stock options
