We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager is responsible for effectively managing schedule, cost and overall implementation of projects initiated by distribution or commercial integration, which are supported by Enablement. This is a critical role in the organization requiring a combination of project management, technical and interpersonal skills to be successful. The Project Manager is responsible for providing dedicate support to the various work streams within the initiative projects while effectively communicating and managing expectations of cross functional teams.
***The Project Manager will**:

- Responsible for the project coordination all work streams.
- Develops project plans for each work stream and documents workback schedules for each work stream.
- Coordinates and participates in all activities required for successful development and execution of each work stream.
- Brings the voice of sales teams as the programs are being developed.
- Provides monthly reporting on the progress of each work stream and how they are tracking against key milestones.
- Support project resources and individual business units as they complete key inputs/deliverables to the project (i.e., business cases, benefits estimates, etc.), ensuring that quality/consistency is maintained.

**T**o be successful**as a Project Manager**with People Corporation, you will need**:

- A PMP designation
- A minimum of 5 to experience in managing multiple projects
- Strong Communications skills, both written and verbal
- To be highly organized
- Strong business acumen
- Technical competence and critical thinking
