**Overview**

**Duties**
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting and upselling beauty products related to eyelash care.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services to provide informed recommendations.

**Experience**
- Background in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Minimum 2 years experience - Must be comfortable preforming classic, hybrid, volume and whispy sets with confidence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $19.13-$39.21 per hour

Expected hours: 11 - 30 per week
