Part-Time Lash Artist

The Glam Lab is a modern lash and beauty studio in the heart of Richmond, BC, known for our fully customized lash sets tailored to each client's eye shape and our ultra-natural powder ombré brows. Our salon is a positive, goal-driven environment where beauty professionals can grow, thrive, and showcase their artistry and further knowledge in advanced lashing techniques, and expand knowledge on sales.

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Lash Technician who is passionate about their craft and dedicated to delivering a luxury client experience.

Compensation

  • $26.65 – $35.00/hour
  • Retail sales commission

Responsibilities

  • Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
  • Build and retain strong client relationships
  • Support a positive, professional studio atmosphere
  • Participate in content creation for our social media as we promote our artists

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of lash extension experience (required)
  • Valid lash certification
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Weekend availability is an asset
  • Waxing experience is an asset (not required)
  • Strong knowledge of lash health and safety practices
