**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the appointment.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions to promote longevity and health of their lashes.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible service.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification or license in eyelash extensions is required.
