- Answering and directing phone calls
- Maintaining a filing system
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Providing additional support to our office team

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (excel, word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant would be a plus
