**Responsibilities**
- Develop QA strategies and standards based on projects across teams
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled
- Design, develop and execute manual test scenarios under regression test plans
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing
- Present test results and communicate test progress to QA Manager
- Participate in meetings with developers and project managers to discuss release scope and roadblocks
- Identify opportunities and implement appropriate best practices
- Install and deploy builds in test environments
- Meet sprint goals, ensuring quality releases are delivered
- Execute functional and regression tests manually and through automation
- Contribute and support in the development of automated test scripts and execute for releases
- Leverage AI to support test case generation, automation script creation, and test optimization

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 5 years experience in software quality assurance
- At least 2 years experience in test automation
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or Test Complete
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C# for test automation
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing environments or release cycles
- Solid understanding of web service and API testing, including the interactions with SOAP and/or REST service endpoints through Swagger or Postman
- Ability to identify, record, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps or Jira
- Working knowledge of relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
- Experience in an agile development environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is an asset
- Exposure to generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) in QA or development workflows is an asset.
