**Basic Function**

Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Logistics and Facilities, the Inventory Control Coordinator_ _provides analytical and inventory support within our supply chain. They are_ _responsible for ensuring that all the materials and supplies necessary for the efficient performance of company operations are in place. They oversee inventory accuracy and take care of ordering supplies and shipping products.

**Nature and Scope**

The Inventory Control Coordinator is accountable for continuously monitoring inventory accuracy, investigating root causes of inventory discrepancies and leading physical inventory counts. They will also work on all recalls, returns and work to streamline any processes and efficiencies where required with the support of their Supervisor.

**What you will do**
- Manage and perform physical inventory procedures and cycle counts
- Entry and release of the count plans within SAP
- Investigating and identifying the root cause of inventory variances
- Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes
- Reconcile any overage, shortage & damaged inventory in the warehouse
- Evaluate all inventory status and implement actions as required by finance department on regular basis
- Processing returned items, claims and warehouse inventory transfers
- Ensure all returned items are properly dispositioned by QA in a timely manner and returned/destroyed as per our policies
- Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly
- Monitors various inventory related systems to ensure accuracy of data and updates as necessary
- Transactions balance over and under location discrepancies within SAP
- Identifies nonconformities and potential nonconformities
- Ensure proper material maintenance and set up in SAP
- Ensure all KPIs are met for inventory control department
- Report Inventory metrics on a monthly basis to management
- Report all Adverse Events (AE) and Product Technical Complaints (PTC) immediately or as soon as possible
- Occasional help to box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
- Package and ship in accordance with SOP, packaging guidelines and accepted methods/practices
- Replenish packaging materials in the warehouse, fridge and freezer

**What you will need**
- 1-3 years’ experience in inventory control within warehouse environment
- Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to develop and work within established business processes
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- The job has a routine work pace with an enhanced degree of pressure.
- Ability to work various shifts Sunday-Friday, depending on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 45lbs
- 95% of the work is done while in a standing position. Concurrently, 75% of this time is spent bending, reaching, climbing, pulling, pushing and lifting objects up to 45lbs, buddy system thereafter.
- The physical environment is a clean, quiet warehouse area.
