We are looking for team members to join our diverse warehouse team to play an instrumental role in providing Wellness products and so much more to our Canadian customers The warehouse associate role is perfect for those who enjoy helping Canadians, collaborating across teams and have the autonomy to work independently. Within this role you will play a key role in picking, sorting, and packing our customer’s orders

**Work Schedule**: Mon-Fri, 8AM to 4PM.

**Location**:1845 - 104 Ave NE Unit #131, Calgary, AB - T3J 0R2. (transit accessible)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Restock samples as needed.
- Perform to the ongoing standards of Well.ca's key metric indicators and performance metrics.
- Report any, and all discrepancies, including damages, and unsafe/unsanitary conditions to the Receiving Team Lead immediately.
- Ensure that up-to-date expiry checks are being performed and fall within the Well.ca rules and restriction guidelines.
- Make ongoing recommendations for department improvement to the Receiving Team Lead
- Assist with all other warehouse projects, including but not limited to, inventory product moves, adding and removing locations, and warehouse reorganization.
- Operation of material handling equipment including: cart, walkie, order picker, reach
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong work ethic and the ability to perform in a team-oriented atmosphere is required.
- Detail oriented and the drive to initiate change is a must.

**Condition of Employment**:
