**Availability**: Full Time

**Salary Pay**: Based on experience and work performance

**General Manager Job Position Description**:

- Provide a top-notch guest experience
- Kitchen duties include preparing dough, portioning toppings, cooking/cutting pizzas, Wing Street etc.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment

**In a typical day, you are accountable for**:

- Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
- Managing financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance
- Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies

**As a leader, you are responsible for**:

- Training and developing Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
- Leading the staff as an example and maintaining all the rules and regulations in place
- Addressing in-store issues and communicating plans to the team
- Ensuring all staff are following health, safety and security codes
- Financial paperwork, P&L Costs etc.

- Enjoy working flexible shifts, including weekends and nights
- Food industry leadership experience is required
