We're looking to hire an experienced Restaurant Managers to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager**
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
- Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Process payroll and maintain all relevant records
- Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards.
- **Qualifications for Restaurant Manager**
- High school diploma or general education diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or communications preferred.
- 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card.
- Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent leaderships skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets.
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peterborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)

- Night Shift (preferred)
