We’re looking for a **Business Process Coordinator** to play a key role in capturing and refining core business processes across our organization. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in creating clear, impactful documentation, this is the perfect opportunity for you

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with teams across departments to ensure that business processes are streamlined with Lean principles and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. You’ll take the lead in designing, managing, and improving process documentation that helps elevate our operational efficiency and supports organizational growth.

You’ll also have a chance to make a significant impact by supporting our training and onboarding initiatives, creating easy-to-understand training materials that empower new team members to succeed.

**Job requirements**

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2 years experience in process documentation and mapping
- Strong process development background
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems in an automotive environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is an asset
- Proficiency in documentation tools, including Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI
- Experience in generating visual process flows and creating comprehensive training documentation
- Experience with ERP (JDE) software is preferred
- Comfortable in communicating with IT to describe workflows needed for certain processes
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across departments to ensure effective workflow design and implementation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating technical details into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to make complex processes easy to understand
- Ability to travel between Vancouver, Sweden and Italy 4-5 times per year
- Flexible working hours to support international team meetings

**Job responsibilities**

**Key responsibilities**
- Capture and document core business processes across various functions, working closely with process/function leaders
- Generate Visio workflows and SharePoint content to support process users
- Develop and maintain clear, effective training materials for new hires and ongoing employee development
- Ensure that all process documentation remains current and easily accessible to team members
- Collaborate with the IT department to integrate business processes into the ERP system
