About the Role**: ** Key Responsibilities**: - Cutting, shaping, and proofing sourdough dough - Mixing large batches of dough (up to 160 kg) with consistency and precision - Baking breads in the deck oven - Slicing and packaging breads and buns for sale - Assisting with prep work and ingredient organization - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work area - Restocking inventory and assisting with supply management - Reports to Kitchen Leader Requirements**: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen - 1-2 years of bread baking or dough handling experience preferred - Culinary or baking education is an asset - Physically strong, able to lift up to 50 lbs - Able and willing to work with intensity in a fast-paced environment - Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Reliable and punctual, with the ability to arrive on time independently Pay and Schedule**: - Part-time: approx 24 hours (3 days per week) with the possibility to transition to full-time in the next year - 8 hours shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) - Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday - Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour plus tips (approx $2) What we Offer**: Access to Big League Portfolio products A fast-paced environment with ambitious growth and plenty of opportunity to grow Delicious bakery products to delight your senses.
