Join Our Team at COBS BreadAs a Baker with a 3:00 AM start time at COBS Bread, you will play a key role in bringing our fresh, delicious products to life for our dedicated customers. We take pride in our commitment to quality and freshness, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us deliver that promise every day.Your Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of bread and baked goods from scratch using our trusted recipes. Monitor and adjust baking equipment and oven temperatures to ensure optimal baking. Assist with inventory management and ingredients preparation. Collaborate closely with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery. Provide delightful customer interactions while contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Requirements Previous baking experience is an asset, but on-the-job training is provided. Ability to begin work early in the morning, starting at 3:00 AM. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation to the bakery due to early start times. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
