**Front of House Designer / Admin**

London Stone Co. is London Ontario's fastest growing Granite, Marble, Quartz, Quartzite, Onyx, and Semi-Precious Countertops stone fabricators, with a dedicated team of industry professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- To cover the showroom floor hours in which you will be assisting walk in traffic, consumers, potential clients, designers, decorators and builder referrals
- Follow-up meetings with clients, prepare drawings for meetings, production and installation
- Prepare and present final design drawings, accurate quotations and final sale documents to the client for final approval
- To communicate via accurate and detailed Moraware drawings, the scope of work to both the countertop installation team as well as site personnel such as contractors, site supervisors, builders, etc.
- To oversee the administration of each project - including installation and service calls.
- Complete all administrative responsibilities including monitoring and reporting on timely sales tracking and forecasts
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of _**1 year of sales or design experience **_in the cabinet / countertop industry
- A _**proven track record of exceptional sales **_in the cabinet / countertop industry is considered an asset.
- _**Proficient and highly creative in Moraware **_Design and Moraware Design Quotations or other industry standard systems
- _**A proven record of accurate and detailed drawing submissions **_for all orders for cabinets and all parts pertaining to the order
- _**Post-Secondary Degree in Interior Design considered an asset**_
- Self-driven Professional who is motivated to succeed
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Creative flair with a passion for kitchen design
- Able to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Extremely detail orientated
- In depth knowledge of kitchen design and cabinet manufacturing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
