**As our new Director of Lifestyle Options, you will**:
Be the first point of contact for many of our new residents, families and visitors who are interested in making Schlegel Villages their home.

Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture through the planning and implementation of successful marketing programs while liaising with the village team to ensure that incoming residents are served with an exceptional customer experience.

Take the lead in developing connections in the community which will generate new leads while fostering exceptional relationships with prospective residents to which they will communicate our programs, services, and the Schlegel Villages continuum concept.

Have a passion to serve seniors and their families, and are excited to help residents and their families learn the various ways in which Schlegel Villages can meet their specific needs.

**To be successful, you will**:

- Demonstrate excellent relational and communication skills
- Possess exceptional follow up skills with multiple prospects while generating new leads
- Understand marketing strategies and have proven sales abilities
- Demonstrate experience developing, executing and maintaining a Sales and Marketing Plan
- Be excited by our objectives, our Village philosophy and the family values that shape all aspects of life in a Schlegel Village
- Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the Director of Lifestyle Options role
- Knowledge of and skill in sales and marketing techniques and practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills, and have a solid ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other computer programs
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members

**It would be an asset if our new Director of Lifestyle Options has**:

- Demonstrable experience establishing and achieving goals
- A College or University Degree
- Previous experience working in the context of a Long-Term Care or Retirement Home
