**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized assistance
- Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs, preferences, and budget
- Clearly explain lens features, coatings, and upgrade options in an easy-to-understand way
- Accurately record and process customer orders
- Keep the store tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers comfortably
- A strong sales mindset paired with a genuine customer-first approach
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends

**Additional Information**

This role will begin as a **part-time position**, with the potential to move into **full-time** depending on performance and business growth.
