We are currently seeking a **bilingual Partnership/Sales Manager** who is fluent in **both Korean and English**. This role requires strong communication skills to build and manage relationships with our international partners and clients. **Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Planning and Execution for Corporate Partnerships**
- Identify potential partners and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Develop business models for partnerships and create actionable plans.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with partner companies.
**Business Collaboration Management and Performance Analysis**
- Monitor the progress of partnership projects and ensure deliverables are met.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and explore new collaboration opportunities.
- Analyze partnership performance and prepare reports.
**Sales Planning and Execution**
- Identify new clients and create sales opportunities.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Report sales activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and uncover additional revenue opportunities.
**Market Trend Analysis and Strategic Proposals**
- Research industry trends and analyze competitors' partnership strategies.
- Monitor the progress of sales and partnership projects to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Analyze sales and partnership performance and prepare growth feasibility studies.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in both English and Korean for effective communication with international partners.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership or sales roles.
- Proven experience successfully managing projects involving diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to systematically analyze complex business challenges and propose actionable strategies.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- In-depth understanding and experience analyzing trends in the partnership and sales markets.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation and relationship building.
- Experience collaborating with multinational corporations or managing global projects.
- Direct contributions to partnership strategies or sales performance at a consulting firm.
