**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems, including HVAC and electrical systems, to identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the maintenance department.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules that minimize disruption to operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role or similar position.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and general facility maintenance.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
