**The Opportunity**

As our new Project Manager, you will be part of our Commercial PMO team. You will be managing product development projects in close collaborations with line management across the organization from business development through to supply chain.

Develop and manufacture innovative & sugar free confectionary and nutraceutical oral delivery systems (tablets, gum, lozenges) that enhance the efficacy of active and functional ingredients. **Key Responsibilities**
- As project lead you will be responsible for developing and managing project budgets, schedules and timelines and track progress, according to Tab Labs’
- In close collaboration with line management, you will be responsible for organizing, motivating, and governing your project team
- In close collaboration with the team members, you will be responsible for risk management of the projects including presenting decision points to Steering Committee based on facts and needs.
- You will be conveying information to internal and external key stakeholders both in written and verbal format
- You will be responsible for implementing relevant changes to our project execution model and toolboxes
- With your colleagues in the Commercial PMO team you will balance the progress of the total project portfolio ensuring the best possible value creation for Tab Labs.
- Ensure implementation of lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of the project organization.
- Ensure effective communication and escalate issues that require support and/or special attention
- Reporting to Portfolio Management

**Experience & competencies**:
You have a relevant technical or scientific education and preferably a proven record of accomplishment from other project management positions. You are a strong communicator and a good listener. You are highly motivated by creating results through teamwork and constantly improving the performance of your competent project team. You enjoy working and executing in a fast-moving environment. You are business driven and have the ability to seek solutions both internally and externally. Preferably, you have experience in working cross-cultural. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
