Position Overview
Assist caseworkers in obtaining information required to determine eligibility for Child Care Fee Subsidy.
**Responsibilities**:
Student will assist with interviewing participants to assess eligibility for fee subsidy, complete required documentation & collect documentation, and prepare approval letters for child care centers and families. Then monitor caseloads on a monthly basis. Students may be asked to assist with updating approval letters, booking appointments, and answering phone calls from clients and child care centres.
