The Inuit Success Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and reporting of all Inuit Success learning and development activities and administrative support to the Recruitment and Inuit Success Department. This role is being offered a term position in our Oakville, Ontario office.
Main Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support to all Inuit Success Activities
- Educate and actively engage all employees on Inuit Success initiatives
- Capture, record, and report on all training data with regard to Inuit Success initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule all Inuit Success, Learning and Development Training sessions
- Schedule multiple training sessions for 120+ employees on rotational schedules while minimizing disruptions to the business
- Organize all logístical requirements such as travel, accommodation, venue, catering, communication to internal stakeholders, tracking, and reporting
- Manage the sourcing, ordering, distribution, and shipment of materials, as required
- Develop and track all Inuit Success and learning and development PRs and POs against contract set-up, as well as payments, in line with the OE budget
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers coordinating meetings, processing invoices and resolving day-to-day business unit issues
- Track and compile reports quarterly as per the IIBA requirements
- Generate the OE monthly report, including analysis of previously month’s OE activities and summary of details on upcoming OE initiatives
- Create and submit all expense reports for director and managers
- Attend and record meeting minutes as needed
- Work closely with the manager to support the initiatives and functions of the department
- Arrange all logistics, including accommodations, meals and travel, for Inuit Success, learning and development activities (such as meetings, workshops, training etc.)
- Other duties as required
Main Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in administration/HR
- Intermediate knowledge of learning and development
- 2-3-years experience in administration
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written communication skill
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, to be proactive and communicate with the customer
- Computer proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Team player, collaborative
- Experience working with virtual teams (Advantage)
